Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Wedding RingRing platform operated by Toast Ventures Ltd (trading as WeddingRingRing), registered in England & Wales (company number 17080221). Registered address: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, England. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Wedding RingRing provides an audio guestbook platform for wedding venues. Venues subscribe to offer audio guestbook services to their event clients. The service includes:

• Dedicated UK phone numbers assigned to each event
• Audio message recording and storage
• Customer dashboards for listening to and managing messages
• Text-to-speech and custom voice greetings
• Email notifications at key event milestones

Venue accounts: Created by our team or partners. Venues are responsible for maintaining accurate event information and managing their subscription.

Customer accounts: Created automatically when a venue creates an event. Customers receive login credentials via email and have lifetime access to their event messages.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@weddingringring.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Venue subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate agreed at sign-up. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

Customer access is included in the venue subscription at no additional cost to the customer.

Audio messages are the property of the event customers. We store messages indefinitely and provide lifetime access.

We do not monitor or listen to message content. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable law.

Guests who call the event phone number consent to being recorded by virtue of the greeting message played at the start of each call.

Twilio phone numbers are assigned to events approximately 30 days before the event date (or immediately for events sooner than 30 days).

Phone numbers are released when an event is cancelled or a venue is deactivated. Numbers cannot be guaranteed to remain the same if reassigned.

Venues may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• The venue account is deactivated (not deleted)
• All past event data and customer access is preserved
• Active Twilio numbers are released
• No new events can be created

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toast Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages or issues with third-party providers (Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.).

The Wedding RingRing platform, brand, and associated materials are owned by Toast Ventures Ltd. Audio messages belong to the event customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
